As Nevada’s statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, Silver State Equality brings the voices of  LGBTQ+ people and allies to institutions of power in Nevada and across the United States,  striving to create a world that is healthy, just, and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people.

This Pride, the stakes are higher than ever. LGBTQ+ rights—especially those affecting transgender people, youth, and families—are under attack across the country. The gloves are off. We are fighting back, organizing, and defending our dignity.

In this spirit, we are pleased to announce the fifth annual Equality Luncheon, taking place on June 25, 2025, at the Tuscany Hotel. We will provide updates on LGBTQ+ specific and inclusive legislation from Nevada’s 83rd Legislative Session, including a review of what was passed, what was not, and the implications for our community. This gathering will offer an opportunity to connect with industry leaders, engage in meaningful discussions, and reflect on the progress of Nevada’s LGBTQ+ movement during these challenging times. It’s an ideal platform to showcase their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrating leadership in supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
